Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We will gladly accept any defective items.

If an incorrect item (i.e, color differs from what was ordered) is shipped in error, please email musebeautycollection@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Any requests after 7 days will be exchanged or refunded at the discretion of the company. 

All products must be unopened and in it's original condition

Shipping cost are non refundable.
